These Fighters Are In The King of Fighters XII Tokyo Game Show 2008
(via Kotaku) - We've heard that King of Fighters XII has been dated for Japanese arcades new April, and now we hear about the game's ever expanding line-up. There are 11 playable characters in the show floor demo: Terry, Kim, Athena Asamiya, Leona Heidern, Ralf Jones, Kyo Kusanagi, Shen Woo, Ryo Sakazaki, Benimaru Nikaido, Robert Garcia and Ash Crimson.

The Booth Companions of Tokyo Game Show 2008 Tgs08

My quick walkthrough of the halls netted me images of companions in cosplay, companions with yellow and red eyes and companions in what can only be described as red nighties.

NXE Really Does Make Your Xbox Better Experience Xbox
(via Kotaku) - There were two main reasons Microsoft decided to totally redo the Xbox 360 interface: 1) to make everything easier to find and 2) making it easier for the Xbox team to make changes to the system on the fly (instead of having to wait for semi-annual updates). After spending a little hands on time with NXE, I’m pretty convinced they’ve succeeded with that first goal (time will tell with the second).

Tekken 6 Coming To Xbox 360 Tokyo Game Show 2008

The show has 209 exhibitors, 1,786 booths, the highest number to date. They also have a record breaking 879 titles being shown during the event's four days.

Sierra Closing 21 Game Servers Sierra
(via Kotaku) - Now that Sierra has been swallowed by the maw of Actiblizzard, the great behemoth has spat out a few bones. On November 1st, Sierra will be closing 21 of its game servers, cutting off supports to games such as AvP2, Homeworld and Vampire. None of the games affected are hugely popular, but doubtless someone out there will be a bit put out by this.

Cave Story - Everything That's Old Is New Again Impressions
